The Warthog WGP-1 nozzle by StoneAge is designed to produce up to 40% more pulling power than the WG-1 nozzle. The rear-facing jets have a sharper angle and the centralizer fins have also been streamlined. The result is more pulling power to navigate longer lines and moderate inclines, plus makes retrieval of the nozzle easier.
Predominantly used in large combination trucks and large jetter trucks with 1" sewer hose, the WGP-1 is field-maintainable for the low cost of ownership and is fitted with StoneAge's replaceable AP2 nozzle tips sized to maximize pump efficiency and effectiveness. The nozzle has a controlled rotation for a slower dwell time allowing the jets to penetrate deeper through deposits. The nozzle jet tips are made of hardened stainless steel to resist cracking, scratching, and excess wear.
Descaler models combine the benefit of the WGP-1 design along with having a Descaler head. This allows a higher level of cleaning when scale, tuberculation, corrosive products, soaps, and minerals build up on the sewer walls, especially in lines with numerous bends and transitions. This nozzle is rated for 50 to 80 GPM and up to 5000 PSI. The working sewer line size for this WGP-1 nozzle is 8" to 36" diameters. The Descaler model will have the front attack tip orifice plugged to divert all water to the side/rear jets.
